Without these plans, you are stuck paying ridiculous amount of money every time you visit regardless of what you are having done. But what I found was that looking online was be far the superior method of hunting down a good dentist in my area. The provider list was very comprehensive in my area and there were providers within 3 miles of my house and work. Comparing the various dental plans in my area was really easy when I could look at them side to side and really see the differences in pricing for different procedures.
