Most dentists do participate and I was shock to find my dentist participated in several of the plans in my area. If you have pre-existing conditions you are still accepts, all of your dental work will be discounted from the dentist's normal charges. When looking for a new provider, I found myself going through the yellow pages looking for someone near my house that I could start visiting. My kids are looking forward to having straight teeth. Studies show that you should go to the dentist for an oral exam, cleaning, and bitewing x-ray every 6-months, although it may no be necessary to get x-rayed more than once per year.
