These discount plans are great because they provide savings on everything from Braces, Gum surgery, Endodontics, and child dentistry. I tried to get a traditional individual dental insurance and I was running up against brick walls with the sign-up process and I was told I�d likely have to wait a year to get the plan activated. I am going to tell all of my friends and family about these great plans and I understand they have a rewards program for free products and services from their company. Studies show that you should go to the dentist for an oral exam, cleaning, and bitewing x-ray every 6-months, although it may no be necessary to get x-rayed more than once per year. Unless you have a discount dental program which will allow you to save a percentage off what you would normally pay for your dental care services.
