I tried to get a traditional individual dental insurance and I was running up against brick walls with the sign-up process and I was told I�d likely have to wait a year to get the plan activated. Comparing the various dental plans in my area was really easy when I could look at them side to side and really see the differences in pricing for different procedures. The provider list was very comprehensive in my area and there were providers within 3 miles of my house and work. But what I found was that looking online was be far the superior method of hunting down a good dentist in my area. I was able to save $1500 on my dental implants and my father in-law saved $1800 on his dentures with these plans.
