Comparing the various dental plans in my area was really easy when I could look at them side to side and really see the differences in pricing for different procedures. Saving anything at a specialist is better than paying full-price I always say. Cosmetic dentists usually give a 20% discount on porcelain veneers and other types of Hollywood type of dentistry. These discount plans are great because they provide savings on everything from Braces, Gum surgery, Endodontics, and child dentistry. I tried to get a traditional individual dental insurance and I was running up against brick walls with the sign-up process and I was told I�d likely have to wait a year to get the plan activated.
