But what I found was that looking online was be far the superior method of hunting down a good dentist in my area. They are all discount dental plans which means you save up to 60% on your dental care at their listing of participating providers in your area. Studies show that you should go to the dentist for an oral exam, cleaning, and bitewing x-ray every 6-months, although it may no be necessary to get x-rayed more than once per year.
