Steps are being taken to correct this issue and soon there should be quality providers in every area of America. The provider list was very comprehensive in my area and there were providers within 3 miles of my house and work. My kids are looking forward to having straight teeth. But what I found was that looking online was be far the superior method of hunting down a good dentist in my area.
