I urge you to investigate discount plans because they are the wave of the future when it comes to saving money at the dentist. Saving anything at a specialist is better than paying full-price I always say. I tried to get a traditional individual dental insurance and I was running up against brick walls with the sign-up process and I was told I�d likely have to wait a year to get the plan activated. Most dentists do participate and I was shock to find my dentist participated in several of the plans in my area. If seems that if you do not have a traditional insurance plan through your employer or work, you just simple do not have any type of coverage and you are stuck paying full price.
